Little Falls Co-op offers Market units and subsidized units through the City of Stratford. If you are interested in joining our Co-op for Market units, please complete the Application Form and submit it with the required information to littlefallscoop@rogers.com. ​

Completion of this application places your name on the waiting list, but does not indicate when a unit will be available.

Applicants fill out an application form and then they meet with the Membership Committee who will decide if the applicant(s) are a good fit for the cooperative. The Membership Committee explains to the applicant the co-operative lifestyle of Little Falls Co-op as well as the rules and bylaws of our community.

Applicants understand that upon their interview date that income verification in a form suitable to the Co-operative for each member of the household who receives an income will be required. The co-operative will also perform a credit check on the applicant(s).

Further, applicants understand that Little Falls Cooperative membership includes the responsibility to participate in the cooperative. They understand that if accepted for membership and offered a unit, a one-time membership fee of $25 per adult will be required along with a unit deposit equal to one months housing charge, which will be returned if there are no damages to the unit.​
